Christ driving the Traders from the Temple

Christ's fury is directed at the traders who defiled the temple in Jerusalem with their activities (Matthew 21: 12-13). The small relief above them shows an angel expelling Adam and Eve from paradise. Above the apostles on the right is a relief showing the sacrifice of Isaac, symbolising Christ's sacrifice on the Cross.
